This Morning 14-12-2020, Microsoft office 365 suffered a major outage. This outage lasted approximately 1 hour and prevented all users in the UK and some European countries accessing Microsoft office services.

As a result of this issue and due the volume of calls that came into the helpdesk, we are now going to set up an internal status page which will show if there are any issues on any of our our internal systems.
Therefore, prior to reporting any issues with our internal systems, please check the status page to ensure that the issue is not limited purely to you.
This will ensure that the IT Department are able to adequately deploy resources to troubleshoot and fix the issue in a more timely fashion.
