HOW TO DOWNLOAD ENGAGE | The new app for NCG colleagues

Use the guide below to get started on Engage today!

Think of Engage as National Care Group at your fingertips! Join in conversations, connect with colleagues, read the lastest news and find all the resources you need to do your role in our brand new and easy to use colleague app.

All you need to do to get started is find Engage ESP in your app store and download it for free to your mobile phone. Then use the instructions sent to your personal email address from Claire Leake, our People Director, to create a profile and log-in.

If you can’t locate the email, please check your ‘junk items’ as they can get stuck in there.

Download the Engage ESP app:

Follow these steps to create a profile:

Step 1. When you open the app, you will be asked to enter your company reference which is nationalcare

Step 2. Then press Next.

Step 3. Then select New User.

Press the New User button

Step 4. On the next screen, you will be asked to confirm you are a National Care Group Colleague. To validate, enter your personal email address and your payroll number. These details are included in the email sent to your personal address from Claire Leake.

Step 5. Select Go.

Step 6. You will then be asked to select from a choice of personal security questions and enter your answers. Top tip; make a note of your answers and keep them somewhere safe!

Step 7. Finally, you can then create your password to complete the set-up process!

Step 8. You also have the additional option of using Engage on your desktop device. To do so, click here and enter the same details you have just created on the mobile app
