The National Care Group Annual Awards are a celebration of our brilliant colleagues and their dedication and commitment to their roles. It’s recognition of everything they do in helping National Care Group to work towards its mission of becoming the most trusted care provider in the UK.
The awards are inclusive of all colleagues and teams and are aligned to the values of PASSION | EMPOWERMENT | RESPECT | COLLABORATION.
By nominating, you will be celebrating your colleagues’ hard work and shining a spotlight on their achievements. If they are shortlisted for the award they will be invited to attend the sparkling annual awards ceremony on the evening of Friday 21 April 2023 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham (with all travel expenses covered).

National Outstanding Achievement Award
Throughout the year, the Executive Team recognise the incredible contributions made by colleagues and teams in National Care Group’s monthly Outstanding Achievement Award nominations.
Each of the monthly award winners from 2022/23 will be reviewed and shortlisted, with one being crowned the National Outstanding Achievement Award winner at this year’s awards ceremony.
