WELLBEING WEDNESDAY | February’s Newsletter

February is National Heart Month and so in this month’s newsletter we share tips on some of the small changes you can make to your daily route to make a difference to your heart health.

To coincide with Time to Talk Day, we highlight the importance of talking and how it can be so important for our mental health. Although it isn’t always easy, a conversation has the power to change lives.

The theme for World Cancer Day, on 4 February this year is ‘Close the Care Gap’ acknowledging the progress made to enable more people to seek and receive care.

We also highlight the importance of the subjects surrounding Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence, Children’s Mental Health Week and Eating Disorders – all awareness weeks taking place in February.
