In this month’s Wellbeing Wednesday, we share tips on positive thinking for the new year – a time to take control and look forward with a positive mind set.

We’re encouraging Colleagues to turn January’s Blue Monday (16 January) into Brew Monday. Grab a cuppa and have a good chat with a Colleague or one of our Wellbeing Champions to lift your spirits.

Dry January and Veganuary run throughout the month. We look at the benefits of cutting out alcohol and meat, fish, eggs, and diary. Who is taking part? We’d love to hear from you about how you get on.

We also focus on World Braille Day and Cervical Cancer Prevention Week, raising awareness of these important subjects.

Lastly, we want to remind Colleagues of the opportunity to Win a luxury Wellbeing Hamper in our latest Changing Lives Colleague magazine.
