The Colleague Summer Pulse Survey 2022
Thank you to the 975 Colleagues who responded to the summer survey. This represents 41.5% of our national Colleague base.
The survey closed at the end of August and we’ve analysed and cascaded the results to our Managers. In a snapshot, the results are as follows:
What’s happens next?
Our Managers are reviewing their local results and will discuss them in your individual Team meetings. Any areas identified for improvement will be discussed and action plans will be developed.
The Summer Pulse Survey allowed us to take a temperature check of how our Colleagues are feeling. The annual National Care Group Colleague Engagement Survey 2022 will launch on Friday 4 November.
Please look out for the survey link either locally in your service or support office or sent direct to you via our Colleague emails.
We encourage you to share your feedback and thoughts with us. 54% of Colleagues responded last year, and we need to hear from as many of our Colleagues as possible again.
