Celebrating our incredible colleagues of 2022

Returning in-person for 2022, 150 colleagues from across the organisation gathered to celebrate and reflect on the past year on Friday 20 May 2022. The executive team set out their vision for the next few years ahead at a conference during the daytime, which led to the annual awards ceremony in the evening.
Changing Lives was the theme for this years’ event, describing the incredible work achieved by many at National Care Group every day. Chief Executive James Allen said: “It’s always of huge importance to take a step back, reflect and reward those who have helped change lives over the past year. Our services are always evolving, and offer a career path that not only delivers day-to-day support, but also the ambition to change lives for the better. I’m hugely proud of everyone that works hard across the group to maintain our position as one of the foremost providers of adult social care operating today.”
400 nominations for the annual awards were made by colleagues, shining a spotlight on some of the outstanding work and achievements that have taken place over the past 12 months.
