March’s Wellbeing Wednesday

March’s Wellbeing Wednesday Communication

Hi I’m Heather! and on the first Wednesday of every month I reach out to colleagues via email with wellbeing messages, information and advice across a broad range of wellbeing topics.

If anyone missed this month’s email which was sent on Wednesday 2 February you can read it here

March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month, and we take a look at the giant steps towards making ovarian cancer a survival disease. ‘Ovarian Cancer Action’ introduces new pioneering projects, opportunities to shape the next decade of cancer care and ways to support the next generation of ovarian cancer research. You can help by participating or supporting their ‘Walk in Her Name Step Challenge‘.

We also cover the most topical news of the events taking place in Ukraine, and we appreciate how many of us may be feeling worried and anxious, therefore we have provided you with supporting mental health information.

We’d also love to hear your ideas! Please get in touch with me at if you have suggestions for topics you’d like to see included in future Wellbeing Wednesday newsletters.

Finally, amongst many other wellbeing topics this month, we have also included an opportunity to participate in a pilot study for a new App to help people with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder the ‘Cerina App’ here is an introduction to it. Cerina App Introduction
