We want our colleagues’ voices to be heard
Based on the feedback from last year’s Colleague Survey, we have announced the formation of a Colleague Forum. The National Care Group Colleague Forum will be a new communication channel to empower our colleagues’ voices to be heard.
We are looking for volunteers
At the beginning of this week we sent out an email inviting all colleagues to volunteer to be a part of this new initiative and to be a voice for their local /regional areas. We have already had a terrific response with many colleagues already volunteering. To ensure that everyone is aware and doesn’t miss their opportunity to be part of this important new initiative we are asking for your help.
Making all your colleagues aware
We have attached a campaign poster and information sheet providing details of the Colleague Forum and how to volunteer. Please help us to make all our colleagues aware of this exciting opportunity by displaying the poster prominently in all your services and making the information sheet available to anyone who wants to know more. Full information will also be available on the eLFY Bookshelf.
