Colleagues should search for the Exec Elf every day from Monday 6 until Friday 10 December and then again from Monday 13 until Friday 17 December.
When you have found them, email socials@nationalcaregroup.com with the name of the Exec Team member Elf!
Each day we’ll pull a name out of the hat to win a £20 Love2Shop voucher.
