Everyone at Primrose, our National Neurological Service in Middleton near Morecambe, celebrated Pancake Day in style.
Lots of careful planning had gone in to assembling all the ingredients for everyone’s individual creations. With marshmallows and cream, fresh fruit toppings, savoury delights and even a few traditional ones with sugar and lemon.
And yes, there were big smiles all around when everyone sat down to eat and enjoy their own special creations.
