When the government announced that face coverings whilst shopping was to become mandatory, National Care Group saw this as an opportunity to promote the latest government guidance, whilst having some fun along the way.
The launch of our ‘Fancy Face Covering Competition’ which coincided with the government announcement on the 24th July, aimed to encourage our services to create and design their own face coverings, whilst following the government guidance to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
With over 100 entries, a majority from the individuals we support, we are delighted to see the amazing designs and creativity at display from all those who entered the competition.

The success of the campaign even led to National care Group arranging for the support of free face coverings to be delivered to staff across all our services, as we continued to show our commitment to promoting the safety measures put in place by the government.
To show our appreciation to all those who entered the competition, National Care Group have designed a special poster which showcases every amazing entry from our ‘Fancy Face Covering Competition’.
The campaign really captured the innovative approach National Care Group took to communicate updates and promote active participation within our services and the poster is a great example of the fantastic work being done within our services during these challenging times.
