National Care Group are delighted to announce the publication of our new Quality Account 19/20.
The report gives a great insight into what National Care Group achieved in the past year and what it plans to do going forward.
James Allen, Chief Executive Officer, discussed the importance of the Quality Account by saying: “The quality account is a report about what everyone achieved in the last year and what our future immediate priorities are.

- We have significantly improved the range of training opportunities that are available to staff
- We now operate in nearly 250 locations
- We continue to review our practices to develop the way we care for others
