Glad to Care Week is a new annual event that takes place during the month of July to recognize the incredible work our staff do on a daily basis to support those who need it most!

To kick start the week, staff at Endurance Care Worcestershire have written statements about why they are ‘glad to care’ and we would like to share these with you!

“The only way to do great work, is to love what you do.
I am glad to care and love to support the individuals.
I love my job!“
Written by Frances Byrne, Senior Support Worker

“I am glad to care for the people I support, I always have their best interests at heart, in everything I do.
I enjoy seeing them doing the
things they enjoy.”
Written by Louise Thomas, Support Worker

“I am glad to care, because every day is different, yet so rewarding.
It’s the people we support, and passionate staff teams, that make me love what I do.
I am very proud to be part of Endurance Care.”
