Whilst everyone is still advised to stay at home and only allowed go out for exercise once a day, people at Cornerstones have been busy doing…
- Arts and crafts
- Playing board games
- Going for walks
During National Gardening Week, the individuals we support at the Old Dairy were helping out cleaning up the garden and setting up a new green house!
Jason helped with mowing the lawn, whilst Simon was busy brushing up all the hedges.
Geoff and Jason set up a tent!
During the warm weather, Geoff and Jason decided to set up a tent in the garden so that they could have lunch outside more.
With the one form of daily excercise, Cornerstones have been getting creative to help keep the individuals we support active during the warm weather!
Jason has been playing ball, and also got the chance to learn how to ride a bike.
Geoff has been using the cross-trainer at the service to keep himself fit!
Going on walks
It’s National Walking Month in May, and we are happy to see that Cornerstones have been getting involved and using their one form of daily exercise to go out and explore Wilshire!
Arts and crafts
Shaun Smitherman, Manager, dropped off some arts and crafts supplies to the ladies at Broadleas Park!
The staff and the individuals we support were delighted and can’t wait to start testing out their skills using the supplies.
