Services receive a Norwich City FC match shirt!

Endurance Care and Westward Care, two of our services in the South East, were pleasantly surprised to be gifted a shirt donated by Premier League side Norwich City Football Club!

As part of the ‘Canaries Community Project’ the club has been donating supplies such as food and drinks to vulnerable people in the local area.

Along with the valuable supplies was a match shirt and a letter written by Delia Smith and Wynn-Jones, owners of the football club.

Staff and the individuals at Endurance Care

“As the virus continues in its reach, everyone at Norwich City Football Club would like you to know that we will never take for granted your dedication and selflessness.

This gift comes with our love and deep gratitude from the players, staff and supporters.”

Rachael Marriot, Registered Manager at Endurance Care, said: “It was a wonderful surprise to be recognized for the work we do by a Premier League football team!

I am so proud of the team who are working so incredibly hard to support our individuals during COVID-19 and would also like to thank Delia and Michael for the gift.”

Westward Care also received the gift

In addition to the signed shirt, the staff and the individuals we support also enjoyed a freshly baked cake that was gifted!

Rebecca Gray, Registered Manager at Westward Care, was delighted with the gift: “It was a lovely gift by the football club and everyone really enjoyed the carrot cake!

National Care Group would like to thank Norwich City FC for the generous gift and for recognizing the amazing work being done at our services.
