National Care Group acquires Integra, Wales

National Care Group are delighted to announce that we have successfully acquired Integra Community Living Options, located in Wales, on Friday 17th May 2019.

This is an exciting acquisition for NCG and plays an important part in our growth strategy given its strong local presence and reputation in Wales, an area within which we currently do not operate.integralogo_03.png

Their primary service is supporting individuals with enduring mental health needs and a variety of learning disabilities, autistic spectrum, acquired brain injury and younger onset dementia.

Integra will be managed by Peter Max, reporting into Karen Lewis, COO, and supported by Andrea O’Loughlin who were both heavily involved in the acquisition processes and are confident and excited that NCG will be able to help Integra build on its existing strengths, whilst benefiting from the wider expertise and knowledge NCG has as a larger UK-wide operator.

The service has a staff group of 77 and supports 51 individuals taking our group totals group totals to 2,156 employees supporting 1,065 individuals across the nation.
