National Care Group would like to congratulate the team down at Churchview Care Services for winning the first ever Managing Director Awards! The team includes: Marion Buckingham, Julie Jordan, Amber Billett, Louise Verden, Jayne Wise. Wendy Lamb, Josie Bates, Maria Winn, Heidi Harvey, Sam Stevens, Shaun Pilbrow and Matt Bamber.
Our judges were swayed by the heart-warming story of the Bosley Family, and how the team were committed to supporting not just the parents, Paul and Lisa, but also their children, Taylor, Jake and Keeley. The family has three disabled children who all need attentive care, whilst Paul and Lisa have learning difficulties themselves.
With the support of the team, the Bosley family were awarded with the Family of the Year at the Unsung Hero Awards! A special mention to Wenda Hobbs, Registered Manager for Churchview Care Services, who entered the team for the award and spoke about the amazing work the team have done on a regular basis.
Dave Stanhope, Managing Director, was delighted for the team: “The team showed the care and support that we expect from our staff and the fact that the Bosley family won the Family of the Year Award is truly an amazing achievement.”
Wenda Hobbs was proud of the achievement: “Winning the first ever MD Awards and receiving a whole range of prizes including a certificate signed by Dave Stanhope and shopping vouchers has made the team feel appreciated and valued.”
