Endurance Care Kent: Staff progression
Matt Lay started as a Support Worker but wanted to progress and develop new skills.
Endurance Care were able to support him and gave him the opportunity gain further qualifications.
Matt has now been promoted to a Service Manager role within the company and he is grateful for the support he has received.
